"Gouden Egeltje" "Golden Hedgehog"
In February 2000 "'t Vrij Uurke" was rewarded with it's third cultural award. The "Gouden Egeltje" Award is a yearly initiative of the Young CVP department of Groot-Zedelgem, ment to honour an inhabitant with important merits in the social and cultural field. Chairman Johnny Eecloo received this prize on behalf of the folk art group as one of the many appreciations for the cultural charisma which they show out through Flemish folk art.
